It’s going to be very hard for him to process that fact that:
A. His daughter is alive
B. She is alive because of Coal
A way to maybe do a bit of damage control is to emphasis that his name is Collier,he’s named for a English King,was born a christian and his intent is to return her to her people.
I mean ,it won’t work, but it would give them a chance.
