I like that! The first three panels (and the rest of the comic) look like flat rock carvings and then the value makes panel four pop out like a statue.
Gotta say, I’m liking the flat style too. All the straight lines. Kinda reminds me of The Secret of Kells! I love when visual style supports the content of the story. 🙂
Thanks Nilah! The Secret of Kells has been a huge influence on my art the past year or so and really made me think more about character design and color.

Thank you! I purposefully go for a flat look most of the time throughout the comic.

no wonder thor is not a happy guy. take my magic hammer, and see what happens! lol
Haha! Yeah, it’s best not to mess with a god that creates thunder.
So I just found your webcomic. Why so late? Loki’s doing, no doubt.
Your art is simply amazing, and as if that wasn’t reason enough to get hooked I totally did not expect that it would be Mjölnir.
Here I go through all the archives!! See you in 2012. 🙂
Haha, thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoy the comic so far! I hope you stick around. 😀
I wouldn’t be too sure about that. I hear that nowadays he’s trying to keep a low-key profile. =OP
Boy, Mijolnir is out of shape.
Le gasp! Who’s Mjolnir? (I’m loving this already)
