I like this different depiction of the cave border. Like the marks are gathering and trying hard to keep Angrboda in, but the shadow is slipping out regardless.
The head tilts in the second-to-last panel are very sweet.
So Hel is testing if “Angrboda” counts for any form or if Odin got sloppy and just blocked her as she is.
I wonder if she ever tried to convince her mum to change her name to try to loophole out of it. I doubt it’d work, but also it seems like something maybe a young Hel would suggest.

Hel has been thinking up ways to free her mother for a long time! But it never occurred to her to use her dad till now. :3
