Question; do other people think that something is very wrong with Coal’s eyes, or do they think that they are just of a unique shape? I’m trying to determine if they see him as someone who has a deformity vs someone who they might think has some foreign blood?
Good question! I see it as they figure he looks that way because he’s a foreigner. He hasn’t actually been back to his homeland (Norway) since they left it so everyone who’s seen him probably goes “Weird, must not be from around here”. People of a less human nature notice the difference though.
